Bacon Covered Peanut Butter Donuts
Baking Ingredients:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup of oats
1/3 Cup of Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
2 eggs
Topping Ingredients:
Greek Yogurt
Bacon Bits
Preheat over at 375 - Spray your donut pan
Combine all the ingredients except for the topping (Greek yogurt and bacon) into a large bowl.
Mix everything together under it becomes dough
Stuff the donut pan, no need to worry about any rising
Bake for 14 - 16 mins
Cool for 15 mins
Dip each donut into the yogurt and sprinkle with bacon
